Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer has been unable to obtain a fix for recall for drivers side carpet which has come undone which can snag a females shoe causing her to trip. nlm consumer states after several attempts to have the passenger side door lock repaired at several dealers and being told they could not repair the lock, several independent mechanic claim the problem is the automatic switch which will not spring the lock back completely to allow the door to be opened, it remians in the lock position, consumer was advised by mechanic they can not correct the problem because the vehicle is still under warranty , gm mechanics claim they do not not what the problem is. *jb |
