| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer states many problems with the child safety seat, when infant had a light weight jacket on, the straps were very tight, when the baby was at the height where the 2nd slot could be used, again the straps were too tight when a jacket was being worn, when the higher slots are used, the straps get stuck into the base, a safety technician checked the seat and stated the seat has some play and when the seat is lifted, it separates from the base a couple of inches.
