| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Prior to purchasing vehicle there was an oil leak, the salesperson promised consumer that it would be taken care of, the oil leak was never fixed and the salesperson informed consumer that they would not fix the oil leak, consumer went back to the dealership the following week and demanded that the oil leak be fixed, consumer was told that the problem was fixed and soon after, the leak became worse and when consumer went back to dealership she was told that the oil leak was caused by a leaky head gasket and dealership refused to pay for the repairs. *jb |
