Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Consumer believes there is a design flaw with the disc brake system, consumer states that if the brakes drag long enough they can get hot and lock up, he believes that if a spring is installed into the caliper that this will cease the brakes from dragging and getting hot which then causes them to lock, consumer states that his brakes dragged, overheated and then locked up, he then installed a spring into the calipers which prevented the brakes from dragging again.*jb manufacterer notified but never did anything about it. *tt
