Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer states he has replaced the king pins on the steer and also has replaced the bushings because they will not stay greased, there is a slight shimmy and on occasion keeps having to get tire aligned, but there is still a problem with the right tire that wears out even with alignments, consumer also states he has sheared rear suspension bolts and was told by volvo dealer that this is a common replacement item, consumer also has two broken lower shock mounts and was informed by volvo that this is a design flaw but was not covered under warranty, consumer also had to replace two sets of wheel bearings and spindles on the steer, consumer was informed by volvo that spindles need to be replaced every 500,000 miles.*yh *slc |
