Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer states he and his wife are having serious problems with the comfort of the driver and front passenger seats, when in a seated position, the sharp, raised formed welt which is positioned all the way across the top front of each seat bottom, places pressure on the back of their knees and during drives of three hundred miles or more, consumer and his wife experience pain in their legs at the back of their knees followed by shooting pain and numbness down to their feet, comnsumer contacted the seven-o-seven conversion company and discussed the problem with a seat specialist who then informed consumer that the seats met government specs and nothing could be done, however consumer was told that he could take vehicle to a trim company and have them alter the seats at the consumers expense, but would void out his warranty.*yh |
