| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The consumer pulled the door handle to open the automatic sliding door, the consumers arm was between the right armrest and the door, the consumer did not let go of the handle, forgetting that the door is automatic, and was trying to pull the door open, as the door came back it began to place extreme pressure on his thumb and hand and he could not get his hand out, eventually the door was reversed but the consumer sustained bruised thumb, hand and strained muscles in his right arm and shoulder. nlm |
