| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The metal portion of the harness strap adapter that was sent, as part of recall repair (retrofit kit), gets jammed into the slots at the back of the car seat where the strap feeds through, this does not allow for tightening of the harness straps therefore the strapping in of the child is not snug, the consumer has cut hands on the hard plastic trying to dislodge the metal piece from the slot at the back of the seat (britax roundabout model #161, manufactured mar 1999, recall #00e-034). nlm |
