| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Prior to recall notification, consumer experienced a problem with the throttle cable being frayed, the recall stated if the repair had already been made to submit the necessary paperwork, however the labor portion of the bill was hand written and the manufacturer would not accept that, another invoice was submitted with paid stamped on the front but the labor charge was still hand written, manufacturer informed consumer that the information would need to be written on business stationary for reimbursement.*jb |
