| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer stated he received the recall notification regarding the bose amplifier, however prior to receiving recall notice, consumer had to replaced 2 rear speakers when the amplifier shorted out, blew the rear speakers and started smoking black acrid smelling smoke, consumer filled out the necessary paperwork, and eventually was denied stating that the documentation that was provided was insufficient to determine that the repairs to the bose system were related to the actual safety recall.*jb |
