| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: General lt225/75r16d. while driving at 55 mph, the inside left dual tire went flat. while attempting to pull out of traffic, the outside left dual tire collapsed leaving consumer stranded. a tow truck responded and removed the two left tires with a spare. dealer found that the inside left dual tire had been previously repaired with a patch and that the outside left rear had a collapsed sidewall due to the sudden transfer of weight when the inside tire went flat and that the d load rating was insufficient for the motorhome gvwr. consumer replaced all six of the motor home tires with a firestone model that carried a class e load rating. consumer is requesting reimbursement. *tt |
