| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer stated vehicle was taken to the dealer to have recall 99v113000 performed, however the part that was needed had to be ordered, and consumer was informed that when the part came in he would receive a call, consumer never received a call, consumer took the vehicle back to the dealer regarding another recall and then mentioned the airbag recall and that the light was coming on intermittently, the dealer stated the part would have to be ordered, consumer was then informed that the problem with the airbag was not related to the recall, and the consumer would be responsible for the repairs, consumer was informed that the clockspring needed to be replaced.*jb |
