Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer stated the clutch bracket broke, the firewall is weak and will eventually break, consumer stated the bracket broke in 1996 and was welded back together, however in dec 2001, while vehicle was in motion, the bracket broke at the point where the hinge bolt of the clutch pedal goes through the bracket, the metal of the bracket was broken and the clutch would not move straight, it would only move side to side and not pushing the master cylinder plunger, rendering the vehicle from going into gear.*jb |
