| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The windshield wipers do not cover about 46 percent of the windshield surface. when driving during bad weather, the uncleared 46 percent of the windshield greatly decreases and in some cases completely eliminates driver visibility, resulting in the driver not being able to see the right side crossover mirror, which is critical to see students who cross the street in front of the school bus. also most of the view to see the rightside crossover mirror remains within the portion of the windshield that is not cleared by the wipers. *tt |
