| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While tightening the shoulder harness, the harness adjuster guide pulled off of the rear of the seat, consumer was informed to snap piece back in, after 5 months of tightening harness by pulling the loose end straight down towards the bottom of the seat, the plastic piece cracked and broke off, consumer states that since the harness is pulled directly away from the seat it causes stress to the harness guide, causing the failure, manufacture date 02-aug-2000, seat was purchased new. *slc |
