Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: While in motion, the steering wheel snapped and consumer no longer had control of the vehicle because the engine was laying on the ground. since the incident, consumer received a recall notice regarding the front frame/cradle bolts corroding. vehicle was towed to dealership to be inspected for the recall. dealer informed consumer the bolts were not the problem it was the whole cradle itself which corroded and caused the engine to fall out and the steering to snap. it was then determined that the failure was not covered under the recall. *jg
