| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumers wife tried to back out of the driveway. while looking for clearance in the rear view mirrior, the only thing visible was the rear window shelf. consumer has tried several attempts to have mazda repair the defect but to no avail. on occassions when it is sunny outside or at night when the over head floodlights are on, the reflection from the rear view mirror renders consumer unable to see when backing out. several times consumer has experienced close calls ranging from almost backing over pedestrians to even bumping another vehicle. the glare on the mirror poses a safety hazard for all involved. *jg |
