| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer was getting new tires installed when he was told that they found that the left rear brake was in an extremely bad condition and the outside rotor was full of grooves and the 2nd brake pad was worn to the extent that it was falling to pieces with a very irregular pad pattern. the brake and the rotor were original equipment and did not appear that the wheels had ever been off the axle. consumer was told that if it had not been discovered, that this could have caused a serious accident. consumer is seeking any reimbursement that chevrolet motor division can provide.motorhome on chevrolet chasis *scc |
