| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer took the vehicle to be examined because of hearing of the recent news reports of the ford vehicles that are prone to gas tank rupture and subsequent fire and explosion in high impact collisions. consumers vehicle was found to have the same defects as the police vehicles. ford has issued a technical service bulletin to deal with the problem, but has not recalled any of the civilian vehicles. consumer would like ford to reimburse the monies paid for the examination. *jg |
