| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The new araii helmets and j&m headsets were purchased at the time the motorcycle was purchased, the first time the consumer tried to us the intercom function it did not work because of a broken wire in the wiring harness going tot he passenger headset connector, also when the consumer uses the high beams there was a loud crack in the headphones followed by a loud whine in the headsets which stays at a relatively constant level while the high beams are on. nlm |
