| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dealer said they had seen other problems with the spark plug failure. they replaced both the plugs and fuel gasket and fuel sender at no charge. i was lucky, the car was parked in our garage when it failed. i had no power at all. if i had been on the road at night alone and the car failed, i could have been in serious danger. when i tried to start the car, it was clear it was not the battery because i had the radio and lights just no turn over of the engine at all. the fuel gauge was sticking. when i would fill the tank, occasionally, the dash indicator would not register the filling. the needle eventually, however, would come up to indicate a full tank. sometimes, turning off the engine and turning it back on would correct the failure. *ak |
