| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The headlight problem has been a major problem, not only because of the frequency of failure, but also the availability of the parts. at one point, the dealer gave me a note to carry in my car in case i was stopped to show the headlight was on national backorder. it took months to get the light and i felt that my safety was being compromised. the problem continues, only now the car is out of warranty and my cost for this necessary safety item is in excess of $800.00! i believe this price is totally out of line. please advise me if you are aware of any course of action that can be taken on this matter as soon as possible. thank you, barb gary |
