| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The locking mechanism has failed on both front seats. seat flings forward when auto slows throwing the passengers into the windshield. warranty repair was a joke and was not covered according to dealership. checked chrysler homepage, but cannot not find other failures or recalls. if i have a wreck, i will be a fatality. looked for duplicate seats in wrecked car, but cannot find. seems strange that both seats would fail and no one else has reported trouble or there was no recall. *ak |
