| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: External power mirrors do not have heating system installed, although it is supposed to be according to the owner's manual. cannot adjust the mirrors when they freeze. dealership say's chrysler did not provide the heated mirrors for year 200 cirrus, although the fuse panel has the heated mirror fuse installed. dealership say's they can't help with this situation. this is a safety hazard because the mirrors cannot be adjusted properly. this component was always installed on all prior year models and is not an optional cost item. it was just not installed, period! *ak |
