| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Car is floating, swaying and bouncing on the open highway. i've had a lot of work done to the vehicle, the right strut and strut mount have been replaced 3 time, within a year. these two parts keep breaking and getting replaced. now i'm having problems with the car driving sloppy, swaying and floating all over the road. i have brought it to two different dealships for this problem and nothing has been done. they are saying that its normal for this car to handle the way it does...i find that hard to understand since the car didn't hand or drive the way it is since all these repairs have been preformed. also, they had to replace the rack and pinon (power strerring assy). i am totally scared of driving this car in fear of getting into an automoblie accident. this car has serious suspension problems and no one wants to fix this problem. *ak |
