| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Daimler chrysler recalled (815) my van to replace the airbag electronic control module. the selling dealer could not perform the work. daimlerchrysler customer assistance referred me to the original selling dealer in berryville, ar, who said they could not do the work. today daimlerchrysler told me that the fix could not be performed unless the vehicle has the original drivers seat installed. this vehicle was originally sold by daimlerchrysler to the conversion company without seats for the purpose of conversion. neither i nor anyone who drives this vehicle should have to contend with the possibility of inadvertent air bag deployment. i ask your assistance settling this matter. *ak |
