| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We had the minivan in for the rear latch recall, and in the process the mechanics replaced the chest buckles for both integrated child seats. before, the chest buckles were permanent. now, my children can remove them and take their arms out of the restraints. i am extremely angry about this, as it poses a serious threat to their safety. why did they change these buckles and can they change them back? as a side note, our first 1994 plymouth voyager was totalled when we were flipped by a speeding police car. my ten month old survived because of the built in child restraint with the permanent chest buckle!!!!. *ak |
