Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Manufactured 25feb98, 20 month old daughter can climb out because clasp that holds straps together is easily pushed down. called evenflo about this problem and was told they should be able to climb out of the seat in case of an accident so its easier for the emt's. i don't understand why we even have a car seat law if thats the case. i'm worried that my daughter being able to climb out may cause an accident or if she gets out just moments before an accident and what the outcome would be. the lady i talked to at evenflo said her son does the same thing and suggested i put the clasp on backwards. i am very upset about this whole thing. i know of many other people that have this same problem. i hope something is done on this matter soon! |
