| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This is a request to research the breakage of 2nd row and 3rd row seat backs. my special needs daughter repeatedly bangs her head on the upper part of the seat causing the metal frame of the seat back to break. also. there is separation of the plastic sheet that serves as the cup holder and cosmetic cover when the seat is folded from the frame. this has happened on all 5 seats and gm replaced the seat backs under warranty 4 times (and i paid two $50 deductibles). now all the seats are broken and trwo are unusable. |
