| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: A recall has been issued for toyota echos in certain geographic locations (apparently areas in which the weather is cold/freezing)washington is not one of the states included in the recall. contact with toyoya has confirmed that my echo will not be repaired. i live in eastern washington where temperatures and weather conditions in the winter are the equal of most of the states listed in the recall notice. i am concerned that i will be operating an unsafe vehicle on icy /snowy roads with the possibility of poor braking control and ability. the recall should be applied to all geographic locations.*ak |
