| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased all 4 tires in march 1999. only one is part of the recall, but the other 3 are showing cracks along the seam of the outer tread. firestone dealer and the 800 number are refusing to replace/rebate the tires becase they are not part of the recall. i believe there is a problem with the other 3 tires and want them replaced.( dot number: tire size: p235/75r15 ) |
