Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On numerous occasions, i've lost count, my driver seatbelt has just come undone while i'm driving. the part that the buckle snaps into is also coming apart. several times i have called ford on this matter. i still have a warranty on my car. one dealer says no it is not covered but it is defective. the other dealer says it is covered under my warranty but nothing is wrong with it. i do not feel that i am safe driving because if it comes undone while i'm just driving, what happens if i'm in a crash? i feel ford should just replace this without any cost to me because seatbelts are a major, required safety component.*ak |
