| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The ball joint on these vehicles do not have a castilated nut to secure the ball in position , the nut can back off and the ball wallers out on the steering arm causing tire ,brake warpage and steering failure when the socket wallors out. this is a problem on 1997 1998 and 1999 vehicles. i noticed that their a complaint s of brake warpage on these vehicles in yoour reports and a couple of wheel failures. i am an engineer who has worked in the auto industry and this is not a crank report.*ak |
