| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Ducati sent me information on this recall and i made an appointment and brought my motorcycle to the dealer. the inspection was never done because the representive from ducati left with the special equiptment before it was completed. i contacted ducati and they told me "not to worry about because the failure only occurs in rextremely remote cases." i believe that ducati should come to my home and do the repair. i brought it to the dealer on the day they told me to and the representive had to catch a plane so he forgot about my saftey to get home on time. my motocycle and home is 45 min. from the dealer, it is now winter time in michigan and i want the repair done, at their expense before summer. please call me at 616-291-7777 with any questions. joe niewiek. no safety defect. *ak |
