| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Rear seats do not have headrests. in the event of an accident, the rear passengers heads would slam against the rear window. ford now has rear headrests in there current model. the first 2001 supercrews should have the rear seats upgaded with the safer seats with the headrests. i have had passengers already hit their heads against the rear window. luckily no one has been injured.*ak |
