| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am concerned because i have firestone tires that are dry rotting along the sidewall in a circular pattern and are starting to blemish in the same spot. i only have 38,000 miles on my vehicle and feel that this should not be happening this soon. when we were driving down the interstate a while back and stopped at a rest area approx. 4 hours into our trip our tires were very sticky and had little balls of rubber that were stuck to the tire. i have 2 children and feel that their safety as well as the safety of my husband and myself are in jeopardy. i would like any information you have sent to me regarding this siutation. thank you . sincerely, denise keen( dot number: tire size: lt23585r16 ) |
