| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The 5 blowouts were on our 5th wheel. they were cooper tires and we talked to les cook and he said hitchhiker should have used lt245-75-r16e tires. we also lost two fenders and this could have caused an accident and also the blowouts could have caused an accident. it was always on the interstate hwy. and we would have to wait for help to come. we were lucky nothing serious happened. custom campers who makes the hitchhiker feel the right size tires were on the unit but it is obvious they were not. we have never ever had a blowout on any rig we have owned. 5 blowouts in 3 years....something is wrong. *ak |
