Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 20 month old son can open the buckle on the car seat (manf nov 8 2000) and free himself. britax says it is a discipline issue. i don't think a baby should be able to undo the buckle. he can't undo the buckle on his cosco britax roundabout model e900234; seat as the buckle is a different design. i am usually alone in the car w/my kids so i can't watch him every minute. i can't just pull over on the freeway to re-buckle him and have a "discipline" lesson. since when should a young child have to relied upon to keep himself safe? please address this situation before a child undoes the buckle w/out his parent's knowledge and is involved in an accident and injured or killed. *ak |
