| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Seat and base were perfectly installed in car it had been done with deborah baer cps instructor #0017. we noted that often locking the seat (the carrier) into the base, we were able to put our hand under the carrier behind the baby's head and lift the carrier out of the base without unlocking the seat with the red release handle. we took the system back to mrs. baer and she also could lift the back of the seat out of the base with very little force. |
