| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Informed by camping world in valencia, ca. and eckharts trailer hitch and welding in thousand oaks ca. that the rear springs are flat (actually have a negative bow) because of the weight of the coach. the only weight i have added in a full tank of gas(75 gal) and a full tank of water, (90 gal) and 28 gal of propane. the suspension is reported to be overloaded before adding food clothes and passengers. as a consumer i was not aware of this problem or how to correct it by either the manufacture or the dealer. i believe this is a safety issue that consumers should be made aware of and should be corrected by the manufacturer.*ak |
