Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My 5 point graco carseat is wonderful, but i am concerned about the handle. the incident i am about to describe has happened to me a number of times. sometimes when the handle is in the up direction, but not latched, i have picked up the car seat & walked away w/o realizing that the car seat has flipped up and baby is being held in by the straps. i haven't even noticed a weight shift, because the movement is so smooth. fortunately, only one time my baby was not strapped in and she fell head first on the floor without injury. i realize that i need to make a more concious effort to lock the handle before i pick it up, but i am alarmed that i have done this 5 times in the past four months. my old 3 point car seat was a century, and when i lifted that car seat up, the handle automatically latched in place so that it wouldn't tip. perhaps i have just gotten used to that feature, but i wanted to file a complaint in case there are other parents who are experiencing the same problem. thank you.*ak
