Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Both the left and right rear view mirrors are unusable. i am 6'0" tall and about 200 lbs. when you ride on this motorcycle you cannot see behind you because the mirrors don't extend out to the left and to the right far enough. all you see are your shoulders. because you wear ear protection when you ride a sportbike to protect your hearing you are both deaf and blind to the rear on this motorcycle. you cannot tell when an automobile is behind you. it is a very dangerous situation that can be easily remedied. i was on the web at a web-site called 250 ninja talk and when i complained about this everybody agreed that it is a big problem; but no one has been able to come up with a solution. just go sit on one with a leather jacket and you will be blind to the rear. kawasaki should at least offer an optional mirror that i would be happy to pay for that extends out a couple of more inches to the left and to the right and the problem would be solved. |
