| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Both wheel sensors failed at approximately 38000 miles. indications from owners manual stated that there will still be no loss of brakes. there is a technical bulletin (c99046) relating to problems with the abs on this vehicle-did the problem they refer to contribute to this wheel sensor failure????? due to inadequate repair service at the closest chevrolet dealer i waited to go to brunson in hampton sc for repairs on this and also on the failure of the windshield wiper (covered under another recall). they confirmed that both wheel sensors need to be replaced. this seems to be premature failure to me. *ak |
