| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Car has burnt 4 quarts of oil in 6000 miles. was told by dealer that chevrolet knows this is a "ring problem" and has yet to issue a revision part to correct problem. has sent me home with a case of oil telling me that they are already waiting over 3 months for other car owners with same problem and have no idea how long it will take chevy to issue revision part. car is running terribly. dealer says this is b/c burnt oil residue is landing on pistons causing car to perform poorly. they can do nothing to help me.*ak |
