Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Drivers side seat belts do not retract properly. do to this condition excess slack is often caught in the door while driving causing an unsafe condition. the passenger seat belt also performs poorly. it occasionally will not give enough slack for the passenger to fasten the seat belt. i have had the drivers side belt replaced numerous times due to abrasions it has received from being caught in the door. the passenger belt has also been replaced once. i beleive that since this is such a critical safety component that it should be recalled.*ak
