| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Stalling occurred five times over 4.5 years time; dealer was unable to duplicate. the computer registerd no event; independent computer analysis turned up no problems. dealer replaced several sensors and components over the time but never ultimately corrected the problem. chrysler provided no assistance and no satisfaction. correspondence and phone calls with chrysler have been treated with condesention, derision and arrogance. car was returned to dealer in september and we purchased another vehicle for our own safety. car is still in circulation and chrysler does not seem to care. |
