| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I often lock my wife in the car in certain areas. i lock the door with the automatic button on the inside. when i come back to the car and ask her to open it from the passenger door button(or driver's) it won't unlock. this is not a one time incident. it is freightening enough that we keep a spare key in the glove box---if she turns the ignition on--she can unlock doors. |
