| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Ford motor co. has issued tow technical service bulletins on a front seat problem that reports a loose front seat floor reinforcement bracket that cracks (tsb number 98-24-5 and 94182). this problem causes the front seat to come loose and the seat will releast in case of a crash including a rear-end collision. this can result in severe injuries to vehicle occupants. they do not inform the vehicle owners of the potential threat and, while recognizing the manufacturing defect, require the customer to pay the repair cost.*ak |
