| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Ater 5 1/2 months the car seat broke, a small piece of plastic fell out of the back where the seat tighten the 5 point harness strap, within day the whole clamp that holds the harness strap snapped off, exposing a sharp screw, the harness on the seat can not be tighted, evenflo told me to borrow a seat or use a friends seat until they mail me the part |
