Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Here's the text i e-mailed to the chevrolet customer assistance center a few minutes ago: i have received your letter alerting me about a potential wiper problem with my 96 suburban. it just so happens that the problem you described recently began to occur in my 92 pickup. the wipers will simply stop working without warning. later, they'll start working again on their own. they have stopped in various positions at various times. i'd like to think that this defect, similar to the one observed in newer models, could be corrected by my dealer at no cost to me. |
